Reviews and Ratings
Arriving early, our room wasn't ready till 4, which was a bit inconvenient. The rooms, although clean, are quite old-looking and in need of updating. On the positive side, the location is ideal for exploring downtown attractions, and the hotel is connected to the convention center.
I found the hotel to be comfortable and clean, with unbeatable service from the staff. While the rooms weren't quite up to a 4-star or Hilton standard, they were cozy, clean, and fresh. The location was great for exploring downtown, though some attractions required a bit of a walk. The dining options were nice, with a range of choices available. Overall, a solid choice with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were not soundproof and below the luxury standard, but they did offer a view over the Spokane River and were available on short notice. On the downside, the bathroom was quite small, almost like knees. The service staff, however, was accommodating and extremely friendly, always ready to help. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the convention center and local businesses, and just a short walk away from the river. On the downside, I found it slightly overpriced, especially having to pay extra for bottled water. The dining options had some great choices, typical for Hilton chains, but they were a bit pricey, especially the parking. Overall, the facilities were good, and I appreciated the happy hour and room service options.
